Have you ever spoke to someone who said they are not fat?

    I'm not fat.

BHB, sounds like you better take some probiotics.

MK, is that why the tailor has trouble fitting us?

A Heimishe, no. not until I've heard from Billie Jean! And welcome.

BJ, you're an anomaly. I'll hold off on any and all biotics until I get a prescription.

It's a good thing that you have those microbes to blame it on. What kind of excuse could you use if you didn;t have those microbes. Hey I am also 20 pounds overweight. Can you lend me some of those mictobes?

I'm not an anomaly, just young and over-confident.

Check out Consumer Reports, they give it the highest rates for diet programs. It's all very scientifically supervised and it's probably almost as good as having your own dietician for a fraction of the cost. I used the online version; it's cheaper than going to meetings.

Only one warning - you have to be a masochist to succeed long term. I'm serious.
